Tony has worked in the real estate industry since 1999 and has been involved in hundreds of home closings year after year. His extensive experience has given him a wealth of knowledge about the home-buying and selling process, along with the ability to anticipate challenges and confidently guide clients toward their goals.
Passionate about helping others, Tony is known for his dedication, strategic negotiation skills, and commitment to remaining a resource for his clients even after closing. He takes pride in making a meaningful difference in each client’s experience and building relationships that last well beyond a single transaction.
Outside of real estate, Tony enjoys martial arts, golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Sarah brings more than two decades of customer service experience to Crouch Homes Real Estate. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong ability to understand each client’s individual needs, communicate clearly, and provide thoughtful solutions.
Her genuine desire to help others fuels her passion for guiding buyers and sellers through one of life’s most important decisions. Sarah combines her customer service expertise with strong organizational and negotiation skills to keep transactions moving smoothly while ensuring her clients feel informed, valued, and supported.
Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys traveling, completing home improvement projects, and spending time with Tony, their two children, and their two dogs.
