Summer Lawson is a licensed REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout the Roanoke Valley and surrounding Southwest Virginia communities, with a special focus on Botetourt and Bedford counties. Born and raised in Roanoke, Summer has always had a passion for all things home and a deep appreciation for the character, natural beauty, and welcoming communities that make Southwest Virginia unique.

When working with buyers, Summer embraces the search. She combines her knowledge of the local real estate market with a sharp eye for detail to carefully explore listings and help each client find a house that feels like home. She listens closely to their priorities, offers attentive guidance, and works to make the home-buying process feel clear and enjoyable.

Summer brings valuable experience in preparing and caring for homes. She has owned Summer & Co Professional Cleaning Services for four years, giving her firsthand insight into the details that can help a property make a strong impression. Her cleaning company is also available as a resource for clients, whether they need help preparing a home for sale or getting a newly purchased home ready for move-in.

Outside of real estate, Summer enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. She and her son love hiking, kayaking, gardening, and exploring Southwest Virginia—with their beloved Chihuahua, Otto, often alongside them. Summer also enjoys networking, attending live music events, getting involved in the community, and advocating for her neighbors whenever possible.
