About Royal Rodgers

Royal Rodgers is a Botetourt County native who grew up in the small town of Buchanan, Virginia. A graduate of James River High School, Royal developed an early appreciation for the people, values, and close-knit communities that make Southwest Virginia a special place to call home.

Growing up in Buchanan taught Royal the importance of hospitality, treating others with respect, and building lasting relationships. As a former Boy Scout and lifelong sports enthusiast, he also understands the value of preparation, teamwork, and following through on a commitment.

Before entering real estate, Royal spent 25 years in manufacturing leadership roles focused on training, coaching, and developing strong professional relationships. That experience strengthened his ability to listen, communicate clearly, solve problems, and guide others through important decisions. Today, he brings those skills and a people-first approach to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

Royal is passionate about serving Botetourt County, Buchanan, and the surrounding Southwest Virginia communities. His local knowledge and genuine desire to help allow him to provide personalized guidance while ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout the real estate process.

Outside of real estate, Royal is a devoted husband, proud father of two, and dog dad to Rosie. He also enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. Royal looks forward to putting his knowledge, leadership experience, and love for the area to work for every client he serves.
