Matysan Johnson—pronounced “Madison”—is the director of operations at Mac Westland Real Estate Group, a licensed Virginia real estate agent, and an essential part of the brokerage’s day-to-day success. Leveraging her business degree and professional background in office management, she works behind the scenes to keep transactions, communications, and administrative responsibilities moving smoothly.

Known for her strong customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and highly organized approach, Matysan is a valuable resource for buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. She understands that every real estate transaction involves many moving parts and is dedicated to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. From coordinating paperwork and sharing helpful resources to providing recommendations and monitoring important details, Matysan helps create a seamless client experience.

Matysan also serves as Mac Westland’s executive assistant, working closely alongside him to support his clients and responsibilities as principal broker. Those working with Mac will often find Matysan assisting directly or managing important details in the background to ensure nothing is overlooked.
