About Lynn Furrow

A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Lynn Furrow always knew the Roanoke Valley was home. Although she spent much of her school years in the Chicago suburbs and later graduated from the University of Illinois, she was excited to return to Roanoke and build her life in the community she loves.

Before entering real estate, Lynn spent seven years working in water analysis and treatment. She then began a 23-year career as a middle school science teacher with Roanoke County Public Schools. Her years as an educator taught her the importance of listening carefully, communicating clearly, explaining complex ideas in an understandable way, and helping others feel confident in their decisions. She brings those same skills to every real estate transaction.

Lynn also offers valuable firsthand experience as a real estate investor. She and her husband have worked together to buy, renovate, and sell investment properties, giving her practical insight into evaluating a property’s potential and navigating the challenges that can arise throughout a transaction.

As a Southwest Virginia real estate professional, Lynn is dedicated to helping buyers understand what to consider when evaluating a home and helping sellers prepare their properties for the market. Whether a client is purchasing a first home, preparing to sell, or exploring a real estate investment opportunity, her goal is to ensure they feel heard, valued, and confident every step of the way.

Lynn is also the proud mother of three adult children. Outside of real estate, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
